Rates reflect the training time of each session, planning time for each session, time before/after each session for the coach and/or the client if/when needed.
PERSONAL TRAINING
WHO DO I WORK WITH?
Women only, unless I know you or you've been recommended and in that case let's get started!
I help middle age women get started in their fitness and strength training journeys, who want 1:1 coaching, individualized instruction, want to be able to work at their own pace, need/want the extra push and accountability, a safe space to build confidence lifting, working out with no distractions, no competition, no intimidations.
I do not focus on weight loss with new clients, even though nutrition is 80% of the equation and here's why:
It's overwhelming
Client consistently shows up, lifts weights, works out, is get stronger, her clothes are loser and tighter in all the right spots, she's consistent with her nutrition, eating healthier, but she steps on the scale and has gained 5 pounds? Is she healthier or is she doomed because she's lost How does this affect you? There are so many factors that go into this weight focus on moving our bodies and putting good things in our bodies. Combine the two, be consistent over time and you just might be surprised.
do not guarantee weight loss without a nutrition focus. Yes, that is what every woman wants to do. Love your body for what it CAN DO!

THE FOCUS
The focus of my personal training is Functional Fitness, Functional Movement, Functional Nutrition. What do I mean by this? I help you get fitter, stronger with age, helping you build strength in all the right ways, with all the right movements that transfer over to your daily life and increases the quality of your life because you can move better!

There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule as we age.
I recommend training 3 days per week, but personal training is investment and doesn't always fit in the budget. If you can't train 3x/week, I recommend at least 2x/week.
There are many ways we can develop a personal training plan.
Most people choose the same/day and time to train each week to maintain consistency, but a flexible schedule can work, too.
I do not have contracts and you are not committed to anything other than the package you signed up for.

1 FREE session on your birthday or in your birthday month.
1 FREE session on your 1 year training anniversary.
OPTIONS
IN-PERSON: Train in a fully equipped private Functional Fitness, Strength & Conditioning Garage Gym with a large private outdoor training area.
VIRTUAL: Sessions via FaceTime.

Sessions can be +/- 5 min depending on your programming for the day.

This is the only package offered at a discounted rate.
You can choose the same session length for all 10 Sessions or you can mix and match session lengths in your package. I will help you create.
10 Sessions are valid for 6 Weeks.
Why 6 Weeks?
6 weeks allows for 2 sessions per week and flexibility in schedules.
6 weeks keeps you on target and accountable for the best progress and results.
6 weeks allows for travel, vacations, illnesses, emergencies, etc.
Personalized Travel/Vacation workouts are an added fee @ $50
Travel/Vacation Workout Series | $25
, Strength & Conditioning & HIIT workouts.
I recommend at least 3x/week of strength training, less longer cardio workouts, more HIT/HIIT, but know that isn't always possible with the cost of personal training. This is where a mixed package would be beneficial.
Session Cancellation/Rescheduling Policies
24 hour advanced notice.
Sessions canceled within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will be forfeited, regardless of reason.
Sessions canceled before 24 hours notice can be rescheduled within the 6 week period.
Custom Combo Packages
This can be any combo of in-person, virtual, at home workout training plan.
If this is something you are interested in, we will work together to figure out the best way to make it happen and work for both coach and client.

RATES: Starting at $150 for a 4 week training plan. Each training plan can be done in 4 weeks or take as long as you need to complete it.
DESCRIPTION: Get a customized training plan programmed for you based on your goals, the equipment you have access to at home and/or the location(s) where you will train, the time you have to train and anything else that is needed to make your plan successful for you.
Includes a Q&A before the plan is made and a Q&A after that plan is received. At the end of each plan you will have the option to renew
*No additional coaching in this plan other than the plan itself, links to exercises and movements and full, detailed explanations of each workout within the plan.

2. VIRTUAL: Scheduled training sessions via FaceTime.
4. FORM YOUR OWN SMALL GROUP: In-person or virtual. 2 person minimum, 4 person max. Get all the benefits of personal training, in a small group setting with people you know, at a cheaper rate.

ONLINE WORKOUT SERIES + PROGRAMS

Plans include weekly check-ins via texts, emails and/or phone calls.
RATES
Plans start at $150.
Creative Theme-based CrossFit/Functional Fitness/HITT Workouts.
Examples: All workouts in a series have a 21-15-9 or 50-40-30-20-10 rep scheme. All workouts use the same piece of equipment such as a rower, bike, barbell or slamball, etc.
Workokuts series are for all levels. Beginner to Advanced Options included in each series.
8-20 Workouts per Series (2-5 Workouts per week)
All workouts are balanced in time, equipment, movement, reps (depending on series), type of workout, loads, etc.

HOW IS THE CUSTOM ONLINE TRAINING PLAN DIFFERENT THAN LIVE-FIT?
Online Training Plans are for women who have some experience with working out, lifting weights, functional fitness and require less coaching.
LIVE-FIT is for beginners just starting their fitness journeys for the first time (or restarting), if you need/want coaching, accountability, ready to make changes, create new habits, more. This is a more intense and involved coaching program.
